£5,949 raised for Syrian Crisis Appeal

On  Friday 8 January Frances Seth of the Preston branch of Save the Children collected  £5,949 from the students at the Tauheedul Islam Girls’ High School and Sixth Form College in Blackburn.

Frances attended all 4 assemblies at the school that day to thank all the pupils for raising such a magnificent amount and to explain to them where the money would be spent by Save the Children.
