Preston Branch of Save the Children would like to express their sincere thanks to the Preston South Rotary Club and everyone who supported the event which raised the magnificent amount of £1,600 for Save the Children

The event was held at the Best Western Premier Leyland Hotel.
During the evening the Save the Children Born to Read Video was shown to the 103 guests in attendance.

Frances Seth , branch secretary of the Save the Children Branch and Preston Shop Leader added that she was also very impressed by the efforts taken by the Hotel with the catering, especially the dessert!

A dessert of Fruit crumble and Ice Cream
