As part of their annual Save the Children Week fundraising  Preston branch held a luncheon on 27 April.

The event was held at the very friendly Sparling Restaurant in Barton near Preston and was an outstanding success raising £1,310.

Preston branch was again extremely grateful to all the diners who supported the event with special thanks to the management and staff at The Sparling who once more produced an excellent menu and made everyone feel most welcome

This year was the branch’s 4th annual visit to The Sparling and the amount raised of £1,310 was once more a branch record for the venue.
